SINA is the AI literacy platform behind every Clustr program. Each person takes a baseline, gets a score and a personal learning path on the AI tool they actually use, and is measured again at the end, so leadership sees how far people moved, not who watched a video.

SINA is Clustr Innovations' AI literacy assessment and training platform. A baseline assessment scores each person from 0 to 100 across five dimensions, places them on a 15-Star learning path for their own AI tool and job function, and a re-assessment at the end of the program measures the lift. SINA stays with the client after the engagement.
| What it measures | One 0 to 100 SINA Literacy score per person, across five dimensions |
|---|---|
| The five dimensions | Technical Fluency, Prompt Craft, Evaluative Judgment, Applied Use, Ethics & Data Care |
| Learning path | 15 Stars across three tiers: Foundation, Fluent and Champion |
| Tools covered | Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini |
| Personalized by | The tool each person uses and their job function, both chosen at onboarding |
| Who sees what | Learners see their path, managers see their team, admins see cohort outcomes |
| After the engagement | SINA stays with the client as its ongoing enablement platform |
Every person in a program goes through the same loop: a baseline assessment on their own AI tool, an instant score and placement, a personal path of practice in that tool, and a re-assessment that measures how far they moved.
Each person picks the AI tool they use and their function, then answers scenario questions and practical tasks. Open answers are graded by AI against a rubric. Progress saves as they go, so they can stop and come back.
On submit, SINA returns a 0 to 100 literacy score with a breakdown across the five dimensions and places the person on the Star ladder, so nobody repeats what they already know.
Each Star is a module: short lessons and a Skill Lab done in the person's own tool, ending in a Star Gate. Five Stars make a tier, and three tiers take someone from Foundation to Champion.
At the end of the program everyone is measured again on the same five dimensions. The difference is the lift leadership reports, by person, team and function.
People who complete all 15 Stars can be confirmed as named Champions, the people who carry AI practice into their teams after the program ends.
SINA produces four outputs, from the individual to the board: a scorecard for every participant, dashboards for managers and admins, a before and after dataset for leadership, and an impact report on what Champions put into practice.
One 0 to 100 score across the five dimensions, the change since baseline, the person's tier, and the one area to focus on next.
Who moved, how far, and where gaps remain, by role and function. Movement, not course completion.
Every person scored twice on the same dimensions, so the program's effect is measured rather than estimated.
Tracks the workflows Champions put into practice for 90 days after the program: time saved, errors reduced, output up.

Course libraries track what people watched. SINA measures what people can do: it scores applied skill on real tasks before and after training, and the learning path is built from that score, in the tool the person actually uses.
Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Each person chooses their tool at onboarding, and lessons and Skill Labs are written for that tool.
About 25 minutes. Answers save as they are given, so a person can pause and resume where they left off.
That is its purpose. Everyone is scored on the same five dimensions at baseline and again at the end, and the impact report follows Champion workflows for 90 days, which gives leadership a measured result rather than a satisfaction survey.
Yes. SINA stays with the client after Clustr's engagement ends, so new hires can be baselined and the organization can keep re-measuring.
