The common shape: suite AI for everyone, and a deeper platform where the work rewards it. A Microsoft 365 firm rolls Copilot to every desk and gives ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude to the teams doing heavy document, writing, or engineering work. A Workspace firm does the same with Gemini at the base.
What makes the mix work is not the platform choice. It is role-by-role training on real work, champions inside each team, and adoption measured with SINA so leadership can see which platform is earning its licenses. In our engagements, the gap between trained and untrained teams is consistently larger than the gap between platforms.

Which AI platform should our company train employees on?
Start from where your work lives. Microsoft 365 firms usually start with Copilot, Google Workspace firms with Gemini, and firms that want the strongest general-purpose assistant choose ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude. Most of our clients end up running more than one, and the honest answer requires looking at your stack, your roles, and your governance, which is what an AI briefing does.
Can we run more than one AI platform at once?
Yes, and many firms should. A common pattern is suite AI for everyone (Copilot or Gemini) plus a deeper general-purpose platform (ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude) for teams whose work rewards it. Training per role keeps this from becoming tool sprawl.
Is Copilot or ChatGPT better for a Microsoft shop?
They answer different questions. Copilot puts AI inside Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams with your tenant's grounding, which is where most employees feel AI first. ChatGPT Enterprise is a stronger open-ended assistant and Custom GPT builder. Plenty of Microsoft shops run both; role-by-role training decides who gets what.
Where does Claude fit if we already have Copilot or Gemini?
Claude usually enters for depth: long-document analysis, writing that has to be excellent, and agentic work with Claude Code and Cowork. Suite AI covers breadth across every inbox; Claude covers the teams whose output quality moves revenue.
Does the choice of platform matter more than training?
No. In our engagements the gap between trained and untrained teams is consistently larger than the gap between platforms. Any of the four, taught role by role on real work and measured with SINA, beats the best platform left to a feature tour.
