A six-week live cohort for sales and go-to-market professionals from software and Oracle consulting companies, including RingCentral, Aiven, and Elire. Every lab ran on a real target account or a real open deal.
Updated October 2026
Clustr Innovations ran the AI-Native GTM Cohort, a six-week live program from July 21 to August 25, 2026. Sales professionals from RingCentral, Aiven, Elire, and R Cubed learned AI for account research, outreach, pipeline management, meeting prep, and deal review, building each workflow on their own accounts and measuring progress with SINA, our AI literacy platform.

Sales and go-to-market professionals
Sales teams at software and consulting companies are told to use AI, but rarely shown how it fits a real sales cycle. The cohort brought individual sellers and GTM leads from non-competing companies together for six weeks, taught seven AI patterns, and had each participant apply them to their own accounts and deals.
Every participant took a SINA baseline before learning anything. The first master training covered the AI landscape and the seven AI patterns the program is built on, each with a live sales demo.
Participants researched a real target account at scale, then built a configured outreach tool and a three-email, two-LinkedIn-touch sequence for their own accounts.
AI for pipeline health, meeting prep, forecasting, and rep coaching, ending with a live review of each participant's real open deal.
Each participant presented the workflow they were proudest of, saw their SINA re-assessment, and received a LinkedIn credential.
Participants brought real work but controlled what they shared. The cohort was curated so no two companies compete, and no one's CRM or internal systems were connected.
Two workflows every participant built on their own accounts and deals over the six weeks.
A real account from the seller's own list.
Signals gathered into a persistent project workspace.
ICP, positioning, and example emails already loaded.
The human side of selling stays with the seller.
A sequence ready to send the same day.
A live opportunity in the pipeline.
Context that gets sharper every turn.
At-risk signals surfaced before the forecast call.
Judgment on what is real.
A weekly operating rhythm.
Two live sessions most weeks, about 11.5 hours of live time in total, plus short self-paced SINA work.
Program thesis, SINA baseline, and the seven AI patterns, each shown with a live go-to-market demo.
Research a real target account at scale and load it into a persistent project workspace. Lab 1 turns it into a working research brief.
Build a team-shareable outreach tool with the ICP, deck, and example emails loaded. Lab 2 builds a multi-channel sequence for real accounts.
AI for pipeline health, at-risk deals, meeting prep, forecasting discipline, deal review, and rep coaching briefs.
Lab 3 runs a real open deal through everything built so far. Master training 6 covers closing, renewal, and assembling a personal AI GTM operating system.
Participants present their best workflow, see before-and-after SINA results, and receive a LinkedIn credential.
